It may not be the shiniest, but you love your Jeep and get the most out of it! New this year is Ruff ‘n Tuff which gives Jeep owners the chance to compete in several non-traditional categories. Jeeps will be parked on the Fairground track. A panel of judges will determine one winner per category. Trophies will be awarded Sunday afternoon.
Classes include:
- Class One: Most Mud
- Class Two: Most Rust
- Class Three: Most Extreme
- Class Four: Most Tattoos (stickers)
- Class Five: Highest off the Ground
- Class Six: Best Chick Jeep (female owned)
- Class Seven: Best Beater Jeep
- Class Eight: Best Paint
- Class Nine: Best Trail Ready
Ruff ‘n Tuff Rules
- If you need to change the class you selected when you registered, the registration software will allow you to make the change yourself until July 22, 2012.
- The Ruff ‘n Tuff entrance gate will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday to enable Jeeps to be parked prior to judging. Festival gates do not open to the public until 9 a.m.
- All drivers and passengers must have appropriate Festival participant and spectator wrist bands prior to entering the Ruff ‘n Tuff parking area.
- Vehicles towing trailers that haul jeeps are NOT permitted in the Ruff ‘n Tuff area. You must unload and load your jeep in the designated trailer parking area.
- Tents/canopies will not be permitted in the Ruff ‘n Tuff area due to space limitations. We must utilize every possible parking space in order to accommodate the greatest number of Jeeps who wish to participate.
Festival organizers reserve the right to change Maximum Jeep Participant number as plans progress.
