New in 2018: Jeep owners can prove how well their Jeep performs at the Bantam Proving Grounds. The Bantam Reconnaissance Car (the world's original Jeep) was delivered to the Army's Proving Grounds at Camp Holabird, MD in September 1940. The Army then tested the BRC to determine if it could withstand battle conditions. Now you can prove that your Jeep can go the distance during this Jeep pull that gives bragging rights for years to come. Jeeps will hook up to a weighted sled and see if they can make a "full pull." This is not a competition between Jeeps; it is merely a fun way to prove that your Jeep can pull from the start line to the finish line. Two sleds, one for stock Jeeps and one for modified Jeeps, will be available.
100% of Activity Fee will be donated to a Butler County Non-Profit Organization TBA
Note: Young children in rear-facing car seats are not permitted to ride in a Jeep on the playground or trails. Older children can ride in the Jeep as long as they are in the proper child safety seat and/or seat belt according to Pennsylvania law.
