HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN PARTICIPATE

Join us to market and sell your products to thousands of attendees. Load-in day is 9 a.m. -5 p.m. on Thursday, June 6 or 7 -8 a.m. on Friday, June 7.   Those bringing tractor trailers only are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, June 5. Booth sizes range from 10x10 to 100x40.

Join us as a sponsor and promote your business to Jeep enthusiasts at one of the largest Jeep events in the nation! 

Sponsors receive priority location for their booth plus other valuable marketing benefits to help showcase your company to Jeep enthusiasts. Benefits include priority booth space, logo on website and volunteer shirts, promotion in eblasts and social media, signage at the event, participant registration data at select sponsorship levels, and more! Sponsorships range from $2,000 - $10,000. Booth space is included in sponsorship costs.

be a Vendor

Purchase booth space for the event available in size 10x10 to 100x40.  Cost includes booth space only. Don’t miss an extra opportunity to gain more exposure by adding the Premier Vendor option during your registration. Premier vendors receive priority booth location and some marketing benefits including your logo (instead of just a link) on the Festival vendors page. Other benefits include email blasts, social media mentions, and rotating live announcements during the Festival. Vendor registration will be available in mid-January. Booth locations are determined by registration date so register early!

Please note that retail vendors are NOT permitted to share booth space. Only one company per space. More information on this policy is available in the vendor rules.

ASSOCIATE SPONSORS

Companies who are unable to physically attend our event to promote their brand to our thousands of Jeep enthusiasts may still get involved by supporting the event as an associate sponsor. Email Info@Bantam.org and ask for details about our Associate Sponsorship.

Jeep & Off-Road Clubs

Want to recruit new members for your Jeep or Off-Road Club? The Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival is offering free booth space for all clubs who wish to promote their organization. A 10x10 or 10x20 booth space will be provided for each requesting club. Power, tables, chairs and tents are not provided.  Spectator admission must be purchased by all members staffing the booth.

All Jeep Clubs utilizing booth space must commit to providing a minimum of TWO QUALIFIED VOLUNTEERS ON TWO OF THE FESTIVAL DAYS to help on the Playground and On-Site Trails or other area of the Festival.  Each volunteer needs to help for two shifts (shifts are approx. 4 hours).  Your volunteers will need to register through the online volunteer registration process and indicate that they are with your club.
