trailfest vendor and sponsor opportunities
Bantam TrailFest is a relaxed, trail riding event for up to 500 registered Jeeps at the Bantam Quarry at Kildoo — 235 acres purchased by Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association (FBJA) in 2020. Each registered Jeep participates in the Jeepers Creepers Night Crawl, a Scenic Trail Ride, and two trail ride sessions on the property.
Bantam TrailFest is more than an off-road event—it's an opportunity to bring together the Jeep community in a way that supports our mission. Revenue generated through TrailFest helps friends of the bantam jeep association:
Preserve and promote the birthplace of the Jeep
Create educational programs that celebrate Jeep history
Develop new events and experiences for the Jeep community
Support tourism and local businesses throughout Butler County
Give back to nonprofit organizations through our Financial Gift Program
Continue investing in future events that strengthen the Jeep community
Vendor prices
All vendor booth spaces are available for a flat rate — no matter the size. Choose the footprint that works for your setup and start connecting with hundreds of Jeep enthusiasts and the general public.
Price: $100
Flat rate for the entire weekend. No hidden fees. No per-day pricing.
Electric available for an additional $75 (generator-powered).
Wi-Fi will be available on-site.

All pre-ordered event t-shirts will need to be picked up at our merchandise booth in the Vendor Area, giving participants another reason to visit vendor booths
Our Vendor Area will have 24-hour security present beginning Friday afternoon through 1 p.m. on Sunday. Vendors must tear down by 4 p.m. on Sunday. Trailers, etc. can remain until Monday but there will not be security or lighting.

On the Trail (Booth + activation) - $500
The On the Trail package puts your brand front and center with a dedicated on-site booth, direct interaction with attendees, and full promotional recognition before, during, and after the event. Your logo appears on event shirts, signage, digital promotions, and the TrailFest web page.
On the Map (Brand awareness) - $200
The On the Map package is designed for businesses and organizations looking to build brand awareness through event marketing, digital promotions, and on-site recognition — without requiring an on-site booth presence. A cost-effective way to reach the Jeep community.
