Merchandise Vendors

Join us to market and sell your products to thousands of attendees (in 2016, we had more than 2,200 registered Jeeps and overall attendance of 15,000+). Load-in day is Thursday, June 8 or at 7 a.m. on Friday, June 9.  Booth sizes range from 10x10 to 80x40.  Those bringing tractor trailers only are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, June 7,  2017. Online registration will begin in late January 2017. Deadline to register for booth space is Friday, May 26th.  No refunds on cancellations after May 15th. 

Please note that retail vendors are not permitted to share booth space. Only one company per space. More information on this policy is available in the rules from the button below.

Flea Market Vendors

For those looking to sell used parts, a flea market space is for you! Spaces available in 10x10, 20x10 and 20x40 booth sizes. Deadline to register is Friday, May 26th. 

Food Vendors

Food vendors must first apply and be accepted to join us. Vendors from the previous year are given priority. Contact us and provide your contact information to be added to the food vendor database.

Jeep & Off-Road Clubs

Want to recruit new members for your Jeep or Off-Road Club? The Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival is offering free booth space for all clubs who wish to promote their organization. A 10x20 booth space will be provided for each requesting club. Power, tables, chairs and tents are not provided.  Spectator admission must be purchased by all members staffing the booth.

All Jeep Clubs utilizing booth space must commit to providing a minimum of TWO QUALIFIED VOLUNTEERS ON TWO OF THE FESTIVAL DAYS to help on the Playground and On-Site Trails or other area of the Festival.  Each volunteer needs to help for two shifts (shifts are approx 4 hours).  Your volunteers will need to register through the online volunteer registration process and indicate that they are with your club.
