Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy enables you to cancel your registration until April 30 and receive a 90% refund (the 10 percent pays for fees incurred that can’t be recovered).

Modifications

You can add activities to your registration up until May 5th by emailing MAnderson@Bantam.org with the following:

  • Please type Registration Modification in the subject line

  • Name your registration is under

  • What you wish to change

  • If you are adding something to your registration, please also authorize us via email to charge the card on file.

There will be no refunds due to trail closures, trail reclassifications or activity cancellations due to weather conditions or any other factor beyond our control. Jeeps with street tires may be refused participation due to trail conditions
