Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy enables you to cancel your registration until April 30 for a full refund, minus processing and fees. No refunds after this date.

There will be no refunds due to trail closures, trail reclassifications or activity cancellations due to weather conditions or any other factor beyond our control. Jeeps with street tires may be refused participation due to trail conditions

Modifications

You can now make your own changes to your registration! You can add and cancel activities to your registration up until May 1st. T-shirts can’t removed but can be added. Email us for t-shirt removal requests. (info@bantam.org)
