Bantam TrailFest gives you the chance to join your Jeep friends from Bantam for a weekend of fall trail riding and other local fall fun.

Bantam TrailFest is sold as an inclusive package for $120 per Jeep — all registered Jeeps will be able to participate in all four trail ride sessions. In addition, drivers and passengers are all included in the package price (each passenger must have a seat belt).

2025 EVENT SCHEDULE

Please Note: We will not be holding a Bantam Bash this year.

While we know many of you look forward to the event, we’re focusing our efforts on making TrailFest and our other programs even better. Thanks for understanding and for continuing to support Bantam!

Friday, October 10

Punk’n Race | 6 p.m.
We’re rolling into TrailFest with some pumpkin-powered fun! Watch (or enter!) our downhill pumpkin race—competing in heats for a shot at cash prizes. Open to everyone—TrailFest participants, volunteers, and the public!

Jeepers Creepers Night Crawl | Rides begin at 7:30 p.m.
Take on our stock trails after dark! This spooky-season-themed ride is all about the thrill of nighttime wheeling—no jump scares, just headlights and off-road fun.
NEW in 2025: We’re adding a Blue trail option for a bit more challenge! Ride takes about 1 hour. Be sure to sign up for your ride time during registration.

Meet & Greet Bonfire | 7:30 – 10 p.m.
Swing by the bonfire before or after your Night Crawl to hang out with fellow Jeepers, share some stories, and roast a s’more or two. The perfect way to kick off the weekend!

Saturday, October 11

Trail Rides | Morning Session: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Afternoon Session: 1 – 5 p.m.
Hit the trails with us! Choose either a morning or afternoon 4-hour session and explore trails that match your Jeep’s build—whether you’re stock or seriously modified.

Scenic Trail Ride | At Your Leisure
Looking for a more laid-back ride? Head out on our scenic stock trail loop through nearby property—no set start times, just swing by the staging area during the session opposite your main ride. It’s a great way to catch the fall colors!

Vendor Area | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Come shop, browse, and chat with some of your favorite Jeep and off-road vendors. Open to the public with free admission!

Trail Tales & Taproom Meet and Greet at Ben Franklin’s Taproom | 5:30 PM Take a break from the trails and spend the evening with your fellow Jeepers at Ben Franklin’s Taproom! Drinks and food are on your own, but the good company is included. Come hang out, swap stories from the weekend, and enjoy a relaxed evening with us!

Sunday, October 12

Sunday Trail Ride | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Can’t get enough trail time? Neither can we. Join us for a final 3-hour morning session before heading home.

Vendor Area | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Last chance to grab that gear or merch you had your eye on—free admission!

Sponsors and Vendors

Our vendor area is FREE and is open on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Come out and shop for the parts, accessories and apparel that you need for you and your Jeep. We will provide a list as vendors and sponsors register.

Bantam TrailFest Merchandise

Bantam TrailFest 2025 merchandise will be available to purchase during registration ONLY and not available in online store. All items must be picked up on Saturday, October 11 at the merchandise tent at Bantam TrailFest, located in the vendor area (they will NOT be mailed). Check out this year’s t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt and hoodie designs below. Order in advance by September 15 to ensure your choice of size and style.

Other Weekend Activities

Participants will receive a self-guided Fall Foliage Driving Tour route in their registration packet that can be used at any time during the weekend. The route will take you along scenic back roads where you can enjoy the fall foliage. Also plan a hike or other outdoor activity at McConnells Mill State Park or Moraine State Park, both located nearby. Get your Halloween thrills at Cheeseman Fright Farm on Friday or Saturday night or visit the Cheeseman Pumpkin Festival during the day. For more information: https://www.cheesemanfarm.com/

Punk’n Race

Join us on Friday, October 10 at the Bantam Quarry at Kildoo at 6 p.m. for the Bantam TrailFest Punk’n Race! Decorated pumpkins on wheels will race down the hill in heats and the top three finishers will win cash prizes of $50, $30 and $20 respectively. Registration is $10 and will be open to the public as well as participants and volunteers at Bantam TrailFest (race registration is not included in the Bantam TrailFest package). Don’t forget to decorate or pick a theme for your pumpkin! *We must have a minimum of 12 pumpkins for the race to take place.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy enables you to cancel your registration until September 14th and receive a 90% refund (the 10 percent pays for fees incurred that can’t be recovered).
