Vendor Registration Now Available!

The show season will be kicking into high gear before we know it!  We hope you have already included the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival near Butler, Pennsylvania, in your 2017 plans.

Last year, more than 2,100 Jeeps registered to participate in the event and more than 15,000 Jeep enthusiasts attended during the three days. Over 130 companies traveled from all over the US and Canada to promote and sell their products to attendees. 

We're excited to announce that vendor registration is now available.  All you need to do is click the link at the bottom of this post and spend 5-10 minutes completing your registration. The earlier you register, the closer your booth will be to the spectator entrance. Booth sizes range from 10x10 to 80x40 and limited electric is available. Don't forget about our sponsorship opportunities too. Our sponsors receive great marketing benefits that promote their brand and products to thousands of Jeep owners. Sponsors receive priority booth location that is included in the sponsor fee, logo on website and volunteer shirts, PA announcements, event signage, social media promotion and more. New In 2017

Merchandise vendors will have a special parking area at the Jeep Invasion. Each vendor may purchase one spot in the preferred vendor area for $25 while spaces last. A special entry decal for this area will be provided at vendor check in. Vendors can still also request one free Jeep Invasion parking spot during registration, while space lasts. 

Also new this year, we will be providing a map to our walk-in spectators that identifies where vendor booths are located. We will provide the map to you when you arrive for vendor check in so you can tell your customers where to find you at the Festival.

Lodging

Register NOW for the 2017 Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival

If There's A Jeep In Your Driveway, It Needs to Be Here!

Registration for Jeep owners and volunteers planning to participate in the 2017 Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival is now open! Be among the first to register so you can participate in all of the fun that will be taking place June 9-11.  

Registering early also enables you to take advantage of two package opportunities - one that gives you exclusive access to the expanded Bantam Night Ops Mission #2017 and one that offers a 30 percent discount on some popular Festival activities (must be registered by March 31 or before capacity is reached).  Even better, if you want to register a Jeep and volunteer, you can receive FREE activities valued at $125. On-site trail guides are especially needed.


Here are some fun new experiences you can enjoy in 2017:

  • Bantam Jeep Night Ops Mission #2017:  We've expanded this popular activity that was introduced last year. Now you can chose to kick off your Festival weekend on Thursday night on one of two stock trails.  Choose the trail where you can use your lights or add a little more challenge to your night by selecting the trail where you will follow only the lights of your guide.
  • Jeeps on the Rock Trail Ride:  This new off-site trail ride near Slippery Rock gives you yet another opportunity to take your Jeep off-road.  More challenging than our popular Moraine Trail Ride, this four-mile ride features some twists and turns that you will love!
  • Babes of Bantam Trail Ride: Be fearless! This new ladies-only ride is a great opportunity to expand your off-road skills.  Groups will primarily be led by female guides while female coaches will provide individual instruction over obstacles on a stock trail. Groups will also tackle specific obstacles on the Jeep Playground.  

We'll be adding new obstacles to the Jeep Playground and on-site trails for even more fun. You also won't want to miss the display of Jeeps from the 1960s on display in the Jeep History exhibit as well as the unveiling of the 1960s grills in the Faces of Jeep exhibit that debuted last year. New Jeep-themed Carnival games and Selfie Spots will give your family even more reasons to spend the entire weekend at Bantam!

 

Important reminders:

  • All passengers in registered Jeeps must have a participant/waiver wristband that offers discounted, one-price admission for all three days, June 9-11. The driver of the Jeep receives one FREE wristband. Don't forget to purchase wristbands for all passengers during pre-registration.
  • All drivers of registered Jeeps must be 18 years and older.  All Jeeps must be registered and have current liability insurance that is valid during the Festival dates to participate in any Festival activities.

Festival Announces New Activities for 2017!!

It’s never too early to get excited about Bantam, and now there are even more reasons to bring your Jeep to one of the most popular Jeep events east of the Mississippi!  New in 2017, there are more trail riding opportunities than ever before and some new fun and games for all Festival attendees.

Jeeps on the Rock Trail Ride:  This brand new, off-site trail ride features a three-mile trail and a one-mile track complete with hills, banks, twists and turns.  It offers more difficulty than the Moraine Trail Ride but is still appropriate for stock Jeeps whose owners enjoy a little challenge.  Participating Jeeps will depart Cooper’s Lake in groups on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Ride times can be selected when registration opens in late January.  Learn more here.

Babes of Bantam Trail Ride:  This is a chance for lady drivers only to enjoy some time together on an on-site trail and at the Jeep Playground. Female coaches will instruct participants through various obstacles, offering tips on how to successfully master each one.  There will be time for Q&A with the trail guides and each participant will receive exclusive Babes of Bantam items.  Come out for this new event on Friday afternoon and be fearless! Bantam Night Ops Mission #2017:  Last year’s night ride was so popular we’ve added another trail!  Now participants can choose to go out in timed groups on Thursday night using only parking lights or all of their lights.  Don’t miss this 2017 kick-off event! Click here for details. 

Jeep Carnival:  Your family may have played carnival games in the past, but they’ve never done them like this!  We’ve incorporated a Jeep or a Jeep part/accessory into several carnival-style games that everyone in your group will have a blast playing. Try your luck and you may even win a prize!  Carnival tickets will be sold on-site at this attraction.

Bantam Wing Fest: Our Saturday night Great Pig Out is now the Bantam Wing Fest! New this year, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat wings with various sauces and seasonings, french fries and cole slaw.  Get your tickets through registration or on the online store! More details here.
