Registered Jeeps, Waivers and Wristbands
New in 2016: Procedures for Occupants of Registered Jeeps
Each registered Jeep will receive a decal that must be displayed in the top corner of the driver’s side windshield. The decal is required for admittance to any Festival activities. Jeeps registered for the Playground/Trails will have a different decal than Jeeps not registered for those activities.
A separate decal for those registered for the Jeep Invasion will be issued and must be displayed in the top corner of the passenger’s side windshield.
All occupants riding in the Jeep must wear a participant/waiver wristband which provides three-day admission to the Festival. One wristband will be for adults 18 years of age and older, another will be for minors under the age of 18 and the third will be for children under age six.
By wearing the wristband, all occupants are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Festival Waiver and Rules that can be found here and will be included in your registration packet.
Anyone over the age of 18 and wearing an adult participant/waiver wristband may drive the registered Jeep.
During online registration, the names and ages (on June 10, 2016) of all occupants must be provided.
Participant/waiver wristbands cost $18 for adults 18 and over. Minors 7-17 are $10 and children under the age of 6 are free. One adult waiver wristband is free for each registered Jeep. Wristbands are valid all three days of the Festival.
All drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
Single day participant/waiver wristbands are not available.
Save time and help ensure your spot in activities by pre-registering your Jeep by Sunday, May 8. Last year, most activities were completely sold out before the Festival so please register so you can be part of all of the fun in the birthplace of the Jeep. Your registration packet, decals and wristbands will be mailed to you at the end of May so you do not need to wait in any lines to pick up the materials you need to participate with your Jeep.
Your Jeep must be registered to participate in any Festival activities.
