Pre, Will Call & On-Site Registration Details

Pre-Registration:  Save time and Pre-Register your Jeep by Sunday, May 18.  Your registration packet will be mailed to you so you do not need to wait in any lines to pick up the materials you need to participate with your Jeep. More than 400 Jeepers waited in registration lines last year, losing valuable time to have fun with their Jeep.  Those who Pre-Register by May 18 also have the opportunity to save money by purchasing the Festival package and discounted three-day spectator tickets for their passengers.  Some other benefits are also provided only to those who Pre-Register by May 18, such as Invasion dash plaques.  A $3 mailing fee will be added to your Pre-Registration total.

Will Call Registration: New in 2014!  We realize you may not know your work schedule by the Pre-Registration deadline of May 18.  That’s why we are offering Will Call Registration.  This enables you to register online between Monday, May 19 and Thursday, June 5.  Your packet will be ready and waiting for you ONLY at Cooper’s Lake during On-Site registration hours.  Simply come to the Will Call line at the Registration tent, show your ID and you can take your packet and go have fun without waiting in long On-Site registration lines. When arriving at the Festival, enter at the Main Entrance and then follow signs to the On-Site registration tent.  Your packet will NOT be mailed and you will NOT be able to purchase the Festival package or the discounted three-day spectator tickets. You will also not receive some other benefits provided only to those who Pre-Register, such as Invasion dash plaque.   A $5 processing fee will be added to your Will Call registration total.

On-Site Registration: If you missed On-Line or Will Call registration, don’t worry because you can still participate with your Jeep as long as activities haven’t reached capacity. When arriving at the Festival, enter at the Main Entrance and then follow signs to the On-Site registration tent.  A $5 processing fee will be added to your On-Site registration total.

  • At Cooper’s Lake Campground: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday

* Note:  On-Site trails close 30 minutes before the Festival ends each day.

Your Jeep must be registered in order to participate in any Festival activities with your Jeep. Some activities may have reached capacity and will no longer be available.
